I love crepes, and now that it isn't fresh fruit season any longer it can be hard to think of yummy dessert fillings. Last time I made them I made this and it was delish.
Apple Crepe Filling1 apple (I used a granny smith, but any apple that is good for cooking will be great.)
cinnamon
sugar
Slice up the apple and put in a frying pan on medium heat. Sprinkle the apple with cinnamon and sugar, to your preference. Put inside a crepe and top with whipped cream.
Also delicious on ice cream

We just had crepes the other night for dinner and I was struggling for what to do for dessert crepes (which we ALWAYS have when crepes are on the dinner menu)...we opted for ice cream. Lame. I wish I whould have seen this before then! I'm doing this next time.
